Halléns Transport & Logistics AB will develop, market and carry out reliable, safe and environmentally friendly transport services of high quality that comply with applicable requirements. Externally, it means that Halléns will provide transport services of such high quality that customers experience them as being superior to others on the market.
Internally, it means that systematic quality work within the company will, through the involvement and responsibility of all its employees, lead to the fulfilment of its business goals. We have created and maintained action programmes and routines in order to continually improve our performance. The company’s profitability and customer confidence will thereby increase, while costs related to incorrect quality will be kept to a minimum. The management team has the ultimate responsibility for systematic quality work.
