2010-08-02 13.30: A corrective
In connection with DFDS A/S has made a major takeover of a competitor it has been announced that they will now coordinate all activities in the DFDS Group of companies into DFDS Seaways and DFDS Logistics. 
Our corrective concerns the phrase from DFDS that "Halléns" will be part of DFDS Logistics but we want to stress that this only concerns the former Halléns NV in Ghent, Belgium, which was sold to DFDS 2005.
We no longer have any ownership in this company so our specialized business under the name of Halléns Transport AB with domestic and international bulk- and containertransports, which we have been doing for 45 years will continue as usual quite independent. There are no and has never been any ownership between us and DFDS.
